I'm really bad at all forms of parking. I'm blind in one eye so parallel parking is a two man job. I also have trouble with parking stalls. I'm currently driving a Ford Fx2 truck. Any sort of tricks for parking stalls?

I was recently in a car accident on a freeway. My friend was driving and I was a passenger. We were hit from the side and our car span out of control. We hit the concrete wall from the front and then from the back. My friend's car was totaled. The car that hit us took off and we were not able to get the licence plate.
My question is this: my friend's car was a Toyota Prius 2001 in pretty good shape but NONE of the airbags deployed. Can I have Toyota company pay for my medical bills which I payed due to the accident? Do I need to get a lawyer to do this or can I just call them myself? What are my options? Thank you very much.

As with all vehicles, it depends on how well it was maintained. Just the basic maintenance goes a long way, I have seen 06 Sonatas with +200k on them running great, I have also seen people that never changed their oil once getting their car towed in to the dealer at 30k and the engine is trashed. Maintenance is cheaper than repair, and buying a car with well documented maintenance is going to save you in the long run. I have a 2012 Escape, my car is only 4 months old and my gas mileage has already gone down tremendously … is there something in my tank that won't lt it hold as much, is it worth flushing it or getting it checked out?
So my husband bought a 2010 scion tc but its stick shift, I'm tempted to drive it but scared because what if it turns off on me in middle traffic? I have a 18 month old so it worries the hell out of me.
I have looked at the newer (but not newest) Nissan micras, would love something similar to a fiat 500 but can't spend more than about £3500.
